Thank you for your interest in submitting broken buzzwords to this site! Here is an easy process for getting started:
- Visit our registration page. You’ll need to provide a unique username and an email address. (This whole process is managed by our WordPress content management system)
- An email will be sent to that address with a password and a link for logging in.
- Once you log in, you’ll have the opportunity to update your profile and create a personalized password. (You can change this at anytime)
- When you’re ready to submit a broken buzzword, you’ll find an “Add New” button under the heading “Posts” on the left-hand side.
- Write a title, write your definition.
- From categories, please select the first letter of your buzzword.
- Add any tags you think are appropriate (optional).
- Click “Submit post for review.”
- A site administrator will check it out before it is published.
- Repeat steps 4-9
Fine print:
- This site is meant to be a fun, satirical look at language in the news business. Any submissions containing profane or crude content will not be approved for publication.
- Do not submit any content owned by another source without proper citation.
- Violation of these rules or other abuses of the provided account will result in the user’s account being deleted.
- All content submitted becomes the property of Phil Tenser and this website.
- Phil reserves the right to alter these rules and instructions at any time.
